i’d been using the wildly popular (cultish, if you will) pink tube maybelline great lash since junior high and although it’s a fine mascara, i had grown tired of it. so, i started my search for a new mascara about a year ago, and after trying dozens of them (and spending tons of money in the process), i finally tried “they’re real!” by benefit.
bingo! this is the one. i can’t believe how much i love this mascara. my lashes are full, lifted, and perfectly separated. perhaps it’s the combination of this wonder mascara and my shu uemura eyelash curler (talk about a cult following) that i recently started using again (when i finally found it online, because they don’t sell it in the states anymore). i don’t know. combo or not, my lashes have never looked better!
